וְ֠הָאֲבָנִים עַל־ שְׁמֹ֨ת בְּנֵי־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל הֵ֛נָּה שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה עַל־ שְׁמֹתָ֑ם פִּתּוּחֵ֤י חֹתָם֙ אִ֣ישׁ עַל־ שְׁמ֔וֹ לִשְׁנֵ֥ים עָשָׂ֖ר שָֽׁבֶט׃
עֵשָׂ֛ו לָקַ֥ח אֶת־ נָשָׁ֖יו מִבְּנ֣וֹת כְּנָ֑עַן אֶת־ עָדָ֗ה בַּת־ אֵילוֹן֙ הַֽחִתִּ֔י וְאֶת־ אָהֳלִֽיבָמָה֙ בַּת־ עֲנָ֔ה בַּת־ צִבְע֖וֹן הֽ͏ַחִוִּֽי׃
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלָ֗יו כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה יַ֛עַן שִׁלַּ֥חְתָּ אֶת־ אִישׁ־ חֶרְמִ֖י מִיָּ֑ד וְהָיְתָ֤ה נַפְשְׁךָ֙ תַּ֣חַת נַפְשׁ֔וֹ וְעַמְּךָ֖ תַּ֥חַת עַמּֽוֹ׃
וַיִּסְע֣וּ בְנֵֽי־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל וַיָּבֹ֛אוּ אֶל־ עָרֵיהֶ֖ם בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֑י וְעָרֵיהֶם֙ גִּבְע֣וֹן וְהַכְּפִירָ֔ה וּבְאֵר֖וֹת וְקִרְיַ֥ת יְעָרִֽים׃
כִּ֠י לֹֽא־ דִבַּ֤רְתִּי אֶת־ אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶם֙ וְלֹ֣א צִוִּיתִ֔ים בְּי֛וֹם הוציא הוֹצִיאִ֥י אוֹתָ֖ם מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם עַל־ דִּבְרֵ֥י עוֹלָ֖ה וָזָֽבַח׃
ה֤וֹי כָּל־ צָמֵא֙ לְכ֣וּ לַמַּ֔יִם וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר אֵֽין־ ל֖וֹ כָּ֑סֶף לְכ֤וּ שִׁבְרוּ֙ וֶֽאֱכֹ֔לוּ וּלְכ֣וּ שִׁבְר֗וּ בְּלוֹא־ כֶ֛סֶף וּבְל֥וֹא מְחִ֖יר יַ֥יִן וְחָלָֽב׃
וַיִּתְעַבֵּ֨ר יְהוָ֥ה בִּי֙ לְמַ֣עַנְכֶ֔ם וְלֹ֥א שָׁמַ֖ע אֵלָ֑י וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֤ה אֵלַי֙ רַב־ לָ֔ךְ אַל־ תּ֗וֹסֶף דַּבֵּ֥ר אֵלַ֛י ע֖וֹד בַּדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃
And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being an hundred and ten years old.
