כִּ֠י לֹֽא־ דָבָ֨ר רֵ֥ק הוּא֙ מִכֶּ֔ם כִּי־ ה֖וּא חַיֵּיכֶ֑ם וּבַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֗ה תַּאֲרִ֤יכוּ יָמִים֙ עַל־ הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר אַתֶּ֜ם עֹבְרִ֧ים אֶת־ הַיַּרְדֵּ֛ן שָׁ֖מָּה לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃
אֶת־ חַ֣ג הַמַּצּוֹת֮ תִּשְׁמֹר֒ שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִים֩ תֹּאכַ֨ל מַצּ֜וֹת כּֽ͏ַאֲשֶׁ֣ר צִוִּיתִ֗ךָ לְמוֹעֵד֙ חֹ֣דֶשׁ הָֽאָבִ֔יב כִּי־ ב֖וֹ יָצָ֣אתָ מִמִּצְרָ֑יִם וְלֹא־ יֵרָא֥וּ פָנַ֖י רֵיקָֽם׃
וַ֠יִּשְׁלַח אֶת־ אֶלְיָקִ֨ים אֲשֶׁר־ עַל־ הַבַּ֜יִת וְאֵ֣ת ׀ שֶׁבְנָ֣א הַסּוֹפֵ֗ר וְאֵת֙ זִקְנֵ֣י הַכֹּהֲנִ֔ים מִתְכַּסִּ֖ים בַּשַּׂקִּ֑ים אֶל־ יְשַֽׁעְיָ֥הוּ בֶן־ אָמ֖וֹץ הַנָּבִֽיא׃
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ לָהֶ֗ם קְח֤וּ עִמָּכֶם֙ אֶת־ עַבְדֵ֣י אֲדֹנֵיכֶ֔ם וְהִרְכַּבְתֶּם֙ אֶת־ שְׁלֹמֹ֣ה בְנִ֔י עַל־ הַפִּרְדָּ֖ה אֲשֶׁר־ לִ֑י וְהוֹרַדְתֶּ֥ם אֹת֖וֹ אֶל־ גִּחֽוֹן׃
הֲבֵן֩ יַקִּ֨יר לִ֜י אֶפְרַ֗יִם אִ֚ם יֶ֣לֶד שַׁעֲשֻׁעִ֔ים כִּֽי־ מִדֵּ֤י דַבְּרִי֙ בּ֔וֹ זָכֹ֥ר אֶזְכְּרֶ֖נּוּ ע֑וֹד עַל־ כֵּ֗ן הָמ֤וּ מֵעַי֙ ל֔וֹ רַחֵ֥ם אֲֽרַחֲמֶ֖נּוּ נְאֻם־ יְהוָֽה׃
וַיִּֽתְקַבְּצ֣וּ אֵ֠לָיו כָּל־ אִ֨ישׁ מָצ֜וֹק וְכָל־ אִ֨ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־ ל֤וֹ נֹשֶׁא֙ וְכָל־ אִ֣ישׁ מַר־ נֶ֔פֶשׁ וַיְהִ֥י עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם לְשָׂ֑ר וַיִּהְי֣וּ עִמּ֔וֹ כְּאַרְבַּ֥ע מֵא֖וֹת אִֽישׁ׃
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled.

मदनुग्रहाय परमं गुह्यमध्यात्मसंज्ञितम् । यत्त्वयोक्तं वचस्तेन मोहोऽयं विगतो मम
ὃς ἐὰν ζητήσῃ τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ ⸀περιποιήσασθαι ἀπολέσει αὐτήν, ⸂ὃς δʼ ἂν⸃ ⸀ἀπολέσῃ ζῳογονήσει αὐτήν.
πρὸς τίνα δὲ τῶν ἀγγέλων εἴρηκέν ποτε· Κάθου ἐκ δεξιῶν μου ἕως ἂν θῶ τοὺς ἐχθρούς σου ὑποπόδιον τῶν ποδῶν σου;
εἶπεν δὲ ⸂ὁ υἱὸς αὐτῷ⸃· Πάτερ, ἥμαρτον εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ ἐνώπιόν σου, ⸀οὐκέτι εἰμὶ ἄξιος κληθῆναι υἱός ⸀σου.
καὶ λέγουσιν αὐτῷ οἱ ⸀μαθηταί· Πόθεν ἡμῖν ἐν ἐρημίᾳ ἄρτοι τοσοῦτοι ὥστε χορτάσαι ὄχλον τοσοῦτον;
Ἀκούσαντες δὲ ἀνάστασιν νεκρῶν οἱ μὲν ἐχλεύαζον οἱ δὲ εἶπαν Ἀκουσόμεθά σου ⸂περὶ τούτου καὶ πάλιν⸃.
εἴ τίς ἐστιν ἀνέγκλητος, μιᾶς γυναικὸς ἀνήρ, τέκνα ἔχων πιστά, μὴ ἐν κατηγορίᾳ ἀσωτίας ἢ ἀνυπότακτα.
τοῦτον τῇ ὡρισμένῃ βουλῇ καὶ προγνώσει τοῦ θεοῦ ⸀ἔκδοτον διὰ ⸀χειρὸς ἀνόμων προσπήξαντες ἀνείλατε,
لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي قَصَصِهِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثًا يُفْتَرَى وَلَكِنْ تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُ كَانَتْ تَأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرٌ يَهْدُونَنَا فَكَفَرُوا وَتَوَلَّوْا وَاسْتَغْنَى اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ
وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا طَائِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إِلَّا أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُمْ مَا فَرَّطْنَا فِي الْكِتَابِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ يُحْشَرُونَ
