קִיְּמ֣וּ וקבל וְקִבְּלֻ֣ו הַיְּהוּדִים֩ ׀ עֲלֵיהֶ֨ם ׀ וְעַל־ זַרְעָ֜ם וְעַ֨ל כָּל־ הַנִּלְוִ֤ים עֲלֵיהֶם֙ וְלֹ֣א יַעֲב֔וֹר לִהְי֣וֹת עֹשִׂ֗ים אֵ֣ת שְׁנֵ֤י הַיָּמִים֙ הָאֵ֔לֶּה כִּכְתָבָ֖ם וְכִזְמַנָּ֑ם בְּכָל־ שָׁנָ֖ה וְשָׁנָֽה׃
לָכֵ֣ן חַי־ אָ֗נִי נְאֻם֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִה֒ אִם־ לֹ֗א יַ֚עַן אֶת־ מִקְדָּשִׁ֣י טִמֵּ֔את בְּכָל־ שִׁקּוּצַ֖יִךְ וּבְכָל־ תּוֹעֲבֹתָ֑יִךְ וְגַם־ אֲנִ֤י אֶגְרַע֙ וְלֹא־ תָח֣וֹס עֵינִ֔י וְגַם־ אֲנִ֖י לֹ֥א אֶחְמֽוֹל׃
הַדָּבָ֞ר אֲשֶׁר־ הָיָ֤ה עַֽל־ יִרְמְיָ֙הוּ֙ עַל־ כָּל־ עַ֣ם יְהוּדָ֔ה בַּשָּׁנָה֙ הָֽרְבִעִ֔ית לִיהוֹיָקִ֥ים בֶּן־ יֹאשִׁיָּ֖הוּ מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה הִ֗יא הַשָּׁנָה֙ הָרִ֣אשֹׁנִ֔ית לִנְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֖ר מֶ֥לֶךְ בָּבֶֽל׃
And the rest of the acts of Azariah, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?
Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art thou turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine unto me?
