וּלְאָשֵׁ֣ר אָמַ֔ר בָּר֥וּךְ מִבָּנִ֖ים אָשֵׁ֑ר יְהִ֤י רְצוּי֙ אֶחָ֔יו וְטֹבֵ֥ל בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן רַגְלֽוֹ׃
וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ שָׂרֵ֣י סֻכּ֔וֹת הֲ֠כַף זֶ֧בַח וְצַלְמֻנָּ֛ע עַתָּ֖ה בְּיָדֶ֑ךָ כִּֽי־ נִתֵּ֥ן לִֽצְבָאֲךָ֖ לָֽחֶם׃
אַל־ תֵּ֥רֶא יַּיִן֮ כִּ֢י יִתְאַ֫דָּ֥ם כִּֽי־ יִתֵּ֣ן בכיס בַּכּ֣וֹס עֵינ֑וֹ יִ֝תְהַלֵּ֗ךְ בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃
כִּ֤י אֱלֹהִ֨ים ׀ י֘וֹשִׁ֤יעַ צִיּ֗וֹן וְ֭יִבְנֶה עָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֑ה וְיָ֥שְׁבוּ שָׁ֝֗ם וִירֵשֽׁוּהָ׃
וַיִּתֵּ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֗ה אֶת־ מֶ֙כֶס֙ תְּרוּמַ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה לְאֶלְעָזָ֖ר הַכֹּהֵ֑ן כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־ מֹשֶֽׁה׃
כִּ֤י תָבֹא֙ בְּכֶ֣רֶם רֵעֶ֔ךָ וְאָכַלְתָּ֧ עֲנָבִ֛ים כְּנַפְשְׁךָ֖ שָׂבְעֶ֑ךָ וְאֶֽל־ כֶּלְיְךָ֖ לֹ֥א תִתֵּֽן׃
חֻקַּ֤ת עוֹלָם֙ לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם בְּכֹ֖ל מֽוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶ֑ם כָּל־ חֵ֥לֶב וְכָל־ דָּ֖ם לֹ֥א תֹאכֵֽלוּ׃
כִּ֤י לֹֽא־ אוֹיֵ֥ב יְחָֽרְפֵ֗נִי וְאֶ֫שָּׂ֥א לֹֽא־ מְ֭שַׂנְאִי עָלַ֣י הִגְדִּ֑יל וְאֶסָּתֵ֥ר מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.
For I am full of matter, the spirit within me constraineth me.
With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
I said, I will answer also my part, I also will shew mine opinion.
And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,
As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
And in the morning came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,

kasminn aa yatatho jane ko vaaM nadiinaaM sacaa
nuu ta aabhir abhiSTibhis tava sharma~n chatakrato
vidaa devaa aghaanaam aadityaaso apaakRtim
aa yaahiima indavo .ashvapate gopata urvaraapate
vishvaa soma pavamaana dyumnaaniindav aa bhara
Rbhur na rathyaM navaM dadhaataa ketam aadishe
shashamaanasya vaa naraH svedasya satyashavasaH
vaar Na tvaa yavyaabhir vardhanti shuura brahmaaNi
aa tvaa graavaa vadann iha somii ghoSeNa yachatu
maho no raaya aa bhara pavamaana jahii mRdhaH
tam adya raadhase mahe caarum madaaya ghRSvaye
niSkaM vaa ghaa kRNavate srajaM vaa duhitar divaH
yaj~naa -yaj~naa vo agnaye giraa -giraa ca dakSase
arhantash cid yam indhate saMjanayanti jantavaH
ya Rjraa mahyam maamahe saha tvacaa hiraNyayaa
aM+hoyuvas tanva\s tanvate vi vayo mahad duSTaram puurvyaaya
yatra manthaaM vibadhnate rashmiin yamitavaa iva
ashvinaa madhumattamam paataM somam RtaavRdhaa
gaur dhayati marutaaM shravasyur maataa maghonaam
pra pyaayasva pra syandasva soma vishvebhir aMshubhiH
γείνασθαι· νῦν αὖτε μαχώμεθα φαίδιμʼ Ἀχιλλεῦ.
ἔσχατον δὲ πάντων ὡσπερεὶ τῷ ἐκτρώματι ὤφθη κἀμοί.
καὶ γέρας ἂψ ἀφελέσθαι, ὅ τε κράτεϊ προβεβήκῃ·
αὐτὸς δὲ ἦν ὑποχωρῶν ἐν ταῖς ἐρήμοις καὶ προσευχόμενος.
ἐρεῖς οὖν· Ἐξεκλάσθησαν κλάδοι ἵνα ἐγὼ ἐγκεντρισθῶ.
αἶψα δʼ ἔπειτʼ Ἀχιλῆος ἀπʼ ὀφθαλμῶν σκέδασʼ ἀχλὺν
λέγοντες· Προφήτευσον ἡμῖν, χριστέ, τίς ἐστιν ὁ παίσας σε;
μᾶλλον ἐπιδραμέτην, τάχα δέ σφισιν ἄγχι γένοντο.
Τί οὖν τὸ περισσὸν τοῦ Ἰουδαίου, ἢ τίς ἡ ὠφέλεια τῆς περιτομῆς;
أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَانًا وَإِنَاثًا وَيَجْعَلُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ عَقِيمًا إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ
وَنَزَّلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً مُبَارَكًا فَأَنْبَتْنَا بِهِ جَنَّاتٍ وَحَبَّ الْحَصِيدِ
