רַ֣ק הָעָ֔ם מְזַבְּחִ֖ים בַּבָּמ֑וֹת כִּ֠י לֹא־ נִבְנָ֥ה בַ֙יִת֙ לְשֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֔ה עַ֖ד הַיָּמִ֥ים הָהֵֽם׃
אִם־ עֲוֺנֵ֙ינוּ֙ עָ֣נוּ בָ֔נוּ יְהוָ֕ה עֲשֵׂ֖ה לְמַ֣עַן שְׁמֶ֑ךָ כִּֽי־ רַבּ֥וּ מְשׁוּבֹתֵ֖ינוּ לְךָ֥ חָטָֽאנוּ׃
וּבִשְׁנַת֙ אַחַ֣ת עֶשְׂרֵ֣ה שָׁנָ֔ה לְיוֹרָ֖ם בֶּן־ אַחְאָ֑ב מָלַ֥ךְ אֲחַזְיָ֖ה עַל־ יְהוּדָֽה׃

toshaasaa rathayaavaanaa vRtrahaNaaparaajitaa

satraajito dhanasaa akSitotayo vaajayanto rathaa iva
urvii pRthvii hotRvuurye purohite te id vipraa iiLate sumnam iSTaye

tuvikSaM te sukRtaM suumayaM dhanuH saadhur bundo hiraNyayaH
ajaiSmaadyaasanaama caabhuumaanaagaso vayam
indur abhi druNaa hito hiyaano dhaaraabhir akSaaH
pra taM vivakmi vakmyo ya eSaam marutaam mahimaa satyo asti
kadaa gachaatha maruta itthaa vipraM havamaanam
yash cid dhi tvaa bahubhya aa sutaavaaM+ aavivaasati
καὶ πολλοὺς τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ ἐπιστρέψει ἐπὶ κύριον τὸν θεὸν αὐτῶν·
Ἔτι πολλὰ ἔχω ⸂ὑμῖν λέγειν⸃, ἀλλʼ οὐ δύνασθε βαστάζειν ἄρτι·
إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ
بَلْ عَجِبُوا أَنْ جَاءَهُمْ مُنْذِرٌ مِنْهُمْ فَقَالَ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا شَيْءٌ عَجِيبٌ
لَا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا الْمَوْتَ إِلَّا الْمَوْتَةَ الْأُولَى وَوَقَاهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ
