וַיֹּ֧אמֶר יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אֶל־ יוֹסֵ֖ף אָמ֣וּתָה הַפָּ֑עַם אַחֲרֵי֙ רְאוֹתִ֣י אֶת־ פָּנֶ֔יךָ כִּ֥י עוֹדְךָ֖ חָֽי׃
לֹֽא־ כְאֵ֜לֶּה חֵ֣לֶק יַעֲק֗וֹב כִּֽי־ יוֹצֵ֤ר הַכֹּל֙ ה֔וּא וְשֵׁ֖בֶט נַחֲלָת֑וֹ יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת שְׁמֽוֹ׃
וַיִּבְחַר־ ל֣וֹ ל֗וֹט אֵ֚ת כָּל־ כִּכַּ֣ר הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן וַיִּסַּ֥ע ל֖וֹט מִקֶּ֑דֶם וַיִּפָּ֣רְד֔וּ אִ֖ישׁ מֵעַ֥ל אָחִֽיו׃
ויתאו וַיִּתְאָ֥יו דָּוִ֖יד וַיֹּאמַ֑ר מִ֚י יַשְׁקֵ֣נִי מַ֔יִם מִבּ֥וֹר בֵּֽית־ לֶ֖חֶם אֲשֶׁ֥ר בַּשָּֽׁעַר׃
כִּ֤י הִנֵּ֪ה הָרְשָׁעִ֡ים יִדְרְכ֬וּן קֶ֗שֶׁת כּוֹנְנ֣וּ חִצָּ֣ם עַל־ יֶ֑תֶר לִיר֥וֹת בְּמוֹ־ אֹ֝֗פֶל לְיִשְׁרֵי־ לֵֽב׃
But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.
Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in kings’ palaces.
O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.
And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.
What knowest thou, that we know not? what understandest thou, which is not in us?

Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.
Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.

saa vasu dadhatii shvashuraaya vaya uSo yadi vaSTy antigRhaat
aryamaNaM varuNam mitram eSaam indraaviSNuu maruto ashvinota
shardhaaMsiiva stukaavinaam mRkSaa shiirSaa caturNaam
uta tye maa paurukutsyasya suures trasadasyor hiraNino raraaNaaH
uurjo napaat sahasaavann iti tvopastutasya vandate vRSaa vaak
ut te vayash cid vasater apaptan narash ca ye pitubhaajo vyu\STau
