בָּעֵ֤ת הַהִיא֙ נְאֻם־ יְהוָ֔ה אֶֽהְיֶה֙ לֵֽאלֹהִ֔ים לְכֹ֖ל מִשְׁפְּח֣וֹת יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְהֵ֖מָּה יִֽהְיוּ־ לִ֥י לְעָֽם׃
וְלֹֽא־ יָכְל֧וּ הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים לַעֲמֹ֥ד לְשָׁרֵ֖ת מִפְּנֵ֣י הֶֽעָנָ֑ן כִּי־ מָלֵ֥א כְבוֹד־ יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־ בֵּ֥ית יְהוָֽה׃
וַיָּ֙רֶם֙ אֶת־ אַדֶּ֣רֶת אֵלִיָּ֔הוּ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָפְלָ֖ה מֵעָלָ֑יו וַיָּ֥שָׁב וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֖ד עַל־ שְׂפַ֥ת הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃
וְהַנָּבִ֤יא וְהַכֹּהֵן֙ וְהָעָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יֹאמַ֖ר מַשָּׂ֣א יְהוָ֑ה וּפָקַדְתִּ֛י עַל־ הָאִ֥ישׁ הַה֖וּא וְעַל־ בֵּיתֽוֹ׃
הִנֵּ֤ה הָאָדוֹן֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת מְסָעֵ֥ף פֻּארָ֖ה בְּמַעֲרָצָ֑ה וְרָמֵ֤י הַקּוֹמָה֙ גְּדוּעִ֔ים וְהַגְּבֹהִ֖ים יִשְׁפָּֽלוּ׃
וַתֹּ֤אמֶר לִנְעָרֶ֙יהָ֙ עִבְר֣וּ לְפָנַ֔י הִנְנִ֖י אַחֲרֵיכֶ֣ם בָּאָ֑ה וּלְאִישָׁ֥הּ נָבָ֖ל לֹ֥א הִגִּֽידָה׃
וַיַּ֤עַן מֶֽלֶךְ־ יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וַיֹּ֔אמֶר כִּדְבָרְךָ֖ אֲדֹנִ֣י הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ לְךָ֥ אֲנִ֖י וְכָל־ אֲשֶׁר־ לִֽי׃
וַיֹּ֧אמֶר יוֹסֵ֛ף אֶל־ אָבִ֖יו לֹא־ כֵ֣ן אָבִ֑י כִּי־ זֶ֣ה הַבְּכֹ֔ר שִׂ֥ים יְמִינְךָ֖ עַל־ רֹאשֽׁוֹ׃
נֻ֤דוּ לוֹ֙ כָּל־ סְבִיבָ֔יו וְכֹ֖ל יֹדְעֵ֣י שְׁמ֑וֹ אִמְר֗וּ אֵיכָ֤ה נִשְׁבַּר֙ מַטֵּה־ עֹ֔ז מַקֵּ֖ל תִּפְאָרָֽה׃
הֵ֤ן יֵבֹ֙שׁוּ֙ וְיִכָּ֣לְמ֔וּ כֹּ֖ל הַנֶּחֱרִ֣ים בָּ֑ךְ יִֽהְי֥וּ כְאַ֛יִן וְיֹאבְד֖וּ אַנְשֵׁ֥י רִיבֶֽךָ׃
בַּשְּׁבִיעִ֕י בְּעֶשְׂרִ֥ים וְאֶחָ֖ד לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ הָיָה֙ דְּבַר־ יְהוָ֔ה בְּיַד־ חַגַּ֥י הַנָּבִ֖יא לֵאמֹֽר׃
וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙ כְּדִבְרֵיכֶ֣ם כֶּן־ ה֔וּא וַֽתְּשַׁלְּחֵ֖ם וַיֵּלֵ֑כוּ וַתִּקְשֹׁ֛ר אֶת־ תִּקְוַ֥ת הַשָּׁנִ֖י בַּחַלּֽוֹן׃
וְכִ֣י תֹאמְר֔וּ מַה־ נֹּאכַ֤֖ל בַּשָּׁנָ֣ה הַשְּׁבִיעִ֑ת הֵ֚ן לֹ֣א נִזְרָ֔ע וְלֹ֥א נֶאֱסֹ֖ף אֶת־ תְּבוּאָתֵֽנוּ׃
וַֽתִּפְקְדִ֔י אֵ֖ת זִמַּ֣ת נְעוּרָ֑יִךְ בַּעְשׂ֤וֹת מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙ דַּדַּ֔יִךְ לְמַ֖עַן שְׁדֵ֥י נְעוּרָֽיִךְ׃
פְּצֵ֥נִי וְהַצִּילֵנִי֮ מִיַּ֢ד בְּֽנֵי־ נֵ֫כָ֥ר אֲשֶׁ֣ר פִּ֭יהֶם דִּבֶּר־ שָׁ֑וְא וִֽ֝ימִינָ֗ם יְמִ֣ין שָֽׁקֶר׃
וּבְנֵ֧י מְרָרִ֛י לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֖ם מַחְלִ֣י וּמוּשִׁ֑י אֵ֥לֶּה הֵ֛ם מִשְׁפְּחֹ֥ת הַלֵּוִ֖י לְבֵ֥ית אֲבֹתָֽם׃
וְטָבַ֧ל הַכֹּהֵ֛ן אֶת־ אֶצְבָּע֖וֹ בַּדָּ֑ם וְהִזָּ֨ה מִן־ הַדָּ֜ם שֶׁ֤בַע פְּעָמִים֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֶת־ פְּנֵ֖י פָּרֹ֥כֶת הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃
אֶֽבֲחַ֣ר דַּרְכָּם֮ וְאֵשֵׁ֢ב רֹ֥אשׁ וְ֭אֶשְׁכּוֹן כְּמֶ֣לֶךְ בַּגְּד֑וּד כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר אֲבֵלִ֣ים יְנַחֵֽם׃
אִם־ עֶ֛בֶד יִגַּ֥ח הַשּׁ֖וֹר א֣וֹ אָמָ֑ה כֶּ֣סֶף ׀ שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים שְׁקָלִ֗ים יִתֵּן֙ לַֽאדֹנָ֔יו וְהַשּׁ֖וֹר יִסָּקֵֽל׃
בְּשֶׁ֣צֶף קֶ֗צֶף הִסְתַּ֨רְתִּי פָנַ֥י רֶ֙גַע֙ מִמֵּ֔ךְ וּבְחֶ֥סֶד עוֹלָ֖ם רִֽחַמְתִּ֑יךְ אָמַ֥ר גֹּאֲלֵ֖ךְ יְהוָֽה׃
רַ֣ק אַתָּ֔ה לֹ֥א תִבְנֶ֖ה הַבָּ֑יִת כִּ֤י אִם־ בִּנְךָ֙ הַיֹּצֵ֣א מֵחֲלָצֶ֔יךָ הֽוּא־ יִבְנֶ֥ה הַבַּ֖יִת לִשְׁמִֽי׃
וַיַּ֣עַשׂ דָּוִ֔יד כּֽ͏ַאֲשֶׁ֥ר צִוָּ֖הוּ הֽ͏ָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וַיַּכּוּ֙ אֶת־ מַחֲנֵ֣ה פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים מִגִּבְע֖וֹן וְעַד־ גָּֽזְרָה׃
And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats’ hair,
And Jacob called the name of the place where God spake with him, Bethel.
For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
The paths of their way are turned aside; they go to nothing, and perish.
And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days.

Δευτέρα ⸀δὲ ὁμοία ⸀αὐτῇ· Ἀγαπήσεις τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν.
εἰς γὰρ χολὴν πικρίας καὶ σύνδεσμον ἀδικίας ὁρῶ σε ὄντα.
καὶ ἐκδύσαντες αὐτὸν ⸂χλαμύδα κοκκίνην περιέθηκαν αὐτῷ⸃,
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى وَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُوا وَآثَارَهُمْ وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَاهُ فِي إِمَامٍ مُبِينٍ
فَلَمَّا جَاءَ السَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِنْ كُنَّا نَحْنُ الْغَالِبِينَ
