וּבְנֵ֖י חָרִ֑ם אֱלִיעֶ֧זֶר יִשִּׁיָּ֛ה מַלְכִּיָּ֖ה שְׁמַֽעְיָ֥ה שִׁמְעֽוֹן׃

יִשָּׂ֨א יְהוָ֤ה ׀ פָּנָיו֙ אֵלֶ֔יךָ וְיָשֵׂ֥ם לְךָ֖ שָׁלֽוֹם׃

And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves.

kadaa ta ukthaa sadhamaadyaani kadaa bhavanti sakhyaa gRhe te

And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen.

avocaama kavaye medhyaaya vaco vandaaru vRSabhaaya vRSNe

And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue:

καὶ ⸀ἔλεγεν· Ἰησοῦ, μνήσθητί ⸀μου ὅταν ἔλθῃς ⸂ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ⸃ σου.

uluukayaatuM shushuluukayaatuM jahi shvayaatum uta kokayaatum

raarandhi naH suuryasya saMdRshi ghRtena tvaM tanva\M vardhayasva

aare taM shaMsaM kRNuhi ninitsor aa no bhara sambharaNaM vasuunaam

abhiim Rtasya dohanaa anuuSataadhi tripRSTha uSaso vi raajati

And after those days we took up our carriages, and went up to Jerusalem.

παυέσθω δὲ καὶ οὗτος· ἐγὼ δʼ ἐπὶ καὶ τόδʼ ὀμοῦμαι,

ayaM yaj~no devayaa ayam miyedha imaa brahmaaNy ayam indra somaH

madhva uu Su madhuuyuvaa rudraa siSakti pipyuSii

rushad vasaanaH sudRshiikaruupaH kSitir na raayaa puruvaaro adyaut

antar mahii bRhatii rodasiime vishvaa te dhaama varuNa priyaaNi

But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:

sa iiM vRSaajanayat taasu garbhaM sa iiM shishur dhayati taM rihanti

The son of Abishua, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the chief priest:

Ἐν δὲ τῷ λαλῆσαι ⸀ἐρωτᾷ αὐτὸν ⸀Φαρισαῖος ὅπως ἀριστήσῃ παρʼ αὐτῷ· εἰσελθὼν δὲ ἀνέπεσεν.

For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.
