אֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵי־ אֵ֑צֶר בִּלְהָ֥ן וְזַעֲוָ֖ן וַעֲקָֽן׃

וְהָי֣וּ בְךָ֔ לְא֖וֹת וּלְמוֹפֵ֑ת וּֽבְזַרְעֲךָ֖ עַד־ עוֹלָֽם׃

דְּֽעוּ־ אֵ֭פוֹ כִּי־ אֱל֣וֹהַּ עִוְּתָ֑נִי וּ֝מְצוּד֗וֹ עָלַ֥י הִקִּֽיף׃

וַיֹּאמְר֥וּ הָעֵצִ֖ים לַתְּאֵנָ֑ה לְכִי־ אַ֖תְּ מָלְכִ֥י עָלֵֽינוּ׃

וְהָי֨וּ הָעֵצִ֜ים אֲ‍ֽשֶׁר־ תִּכְתֹּ֧ב עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם בְּיָדְךָ֖ לְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃

Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

vishve devaaH saha dhiibhiH puraMdhyaa manor yajatraa amRtaa Rtaj~naaH

Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.

saasmaasu dhaa rayim RSvam bRhantaM yuuyam paata svastibhiH sadaa naH

ἀλλʼ οὐχ ὁ ὕψιστος ἐν ⸀χειροποιήτοις κατοικεῖ· καθὼς ὁ προφήτης λέγει·

dyaavo na yasya panayanty abhvam bhaasaaMsi vaste suuryo na shukraH

paraa dehi shaamulya\m brahmabhyo vi bhajaa vasu

συνιδόντες κατέφυγον εἰς τὰς πόλεις τῆς Λυκαονίας Λύστραν καὶ Δέρβην καὶ τὴν περίχωρον,

What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?

sa maanuSe vRjane shaMtamo hito\ .agnir yaj~neSu jenyo na vishpatiH priyo yaj~neSu vishpatiH

And he said, LORD God, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it?

He shall build me an house, and I will stablish his throne for ever.

Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun:

For, lo, thine enemies, O LORD, for, lo, thine enemies shall perish; all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.

akSaNvantaH karNavantaH sakhaayo manojaveSv asamaa babhuuvuH

Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

νεωτέρας δὲ χήρας παραιτοῦ· ὅταν γὰρ καταστρηνιάσωσιν τοῦ Χριστοῦ, γαμεῖν θέλουσιν,

upaaha taM gachatho viitho adhvaram achaa giraH sumatiM gantam asmayuu

That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
