indro mitro varuNaH saM cikitrire .atho bhagaH savitaa puutadakSasaH

Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me;

vRSTiM no arSa divyaaM jigatnum iLaavatiiM shaMgayiiM jiiradaanum

asmai tisro avyathyaaya naariir devaaya deviir didhiSanty annam

yuvoH shriyam pari yoSaavRNiita suuro duhitaa paritakmyaayaam

catasro naabho nihitaa avo divo havir bharanty amRtaM ghRtashcutaH

aa vaaM ratho rodasii badbadhaano hiraNyayo vRSabhir yaatv ashvaiH

kraaNaa rudraa maruto vishvakRSTayo divaH shyenaaso asurasya niiLayaH

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

induM rihanti mahiSaa adabdhaaH pade rebhanti kavayo na gRdhraaH

And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

tisro yahvasya samidhaH parijmano .agner apunann ushijo amRtyavaH

And thou sayest, How doth God know? can he judge through the dark cloud?

asyed eva pra ririce mahitvaM divas pRthivyaaH pary antarikSaat

indro divaH pratimaanam pRthivyaa vishvaa veda savanaa hanti shuSNam

Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.

Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.

To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,

And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.

bhojaa jigyur antaHpeyaM suraayaa bhojaa jigyur ye ahuutaaH prayanti

tvaadattebhii rudra shaMtamebhiH shataM himaa ashiiya bheSajebhiH
