For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

yad vaajino daama saMdaanam arvato yaa shiirSaNyaaaa\ rashanaa rajjur asya

Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient,

taa saanasii shavasaanaa hi bhuutaM saakaMvRdhaa shavasaa shuushuvaaMsaa

There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the LORD, a wicked counsellor.

indra tvaayam arka iiTTe vasuunaaM diviiaa\va dyaam adhi naH shromataM dhaaH

My brethren have dealt deceitfully as a brook, and as the stream of brooks they pass away;

praaktubhya indraH pra vRdho ahabhyaH praantarikSaat pra samudrasya dhaaseH

spaarhaM gavaam uudhassu vakSaNaasv aa madhor madhu shvaatryaM somam aashiram

prayaajaan me anuyaajaaMsh ca kevalaan uurjasvantaM haviSo datta bhaagam

Thine hands have made me and fashioned me together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.
